About Concord Health and Rehabilitation

Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Wheelersburg, Ohio just off of State Route 52. Wheelersburg is located approximately 7 miles east of Portsmouth and 14 miles west of Ironton along the northern banks of the Ohio River. Our 75 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care, including around the clock skilled nursing services for patients needing post-acute care, ventilator management, a specialized dementia unit and long-term care. Our seasoned therapy staff offers physical, occupational and speech therapy that is tailored to meet specific goals that are individualized to benefit each patient. While not in therapy, short-term patients reside in spacious private rooms.
