Concord Heroes: Lori

Wheelersburg, Ohio - Concord is proud to announce housekeeper Lori Fyffe has received her 10-year pin and cash award. It was a pleasure to sit and chat with Lori today. She is a quiet giant. She says she isn't a talker; she is a doer. Strolling down memory lane brought joy and tears. Lori bragged about how wonderful our residents are at Concord. While cleaning their rooms, it is an opportunity to talk and, most of all, listen. Lori states working at Concord is like working with and for family. Her message to our families: "We know our residents miss you. But never fear, we will love and care for them until you can visit again."
