With seven years of caregiving experience, Ashley Spencer, STNA, is a true example of dedication and compassion. Before joining Concord Health and Rehab, Ashley worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, a role that prepared her to provide the exceptional care she’s known for today.



Engaged and a proud mother of three, Ashley brings her nurturing spirit to her work every day. She loves helping others, especially her residents, many of whom have no one else. Her calm, reassuring demeanor and ever-present smile make her a favorite among residents and staff alike. Residents feel safe and cared for in her presence, and her coworkers deeply admire her hard work and positive attitude.

Ashley’s commitment to creating a supportive and loving environment for those she cares for makes her an invaluable part of our team. We are so lucky to have her at Concord Health and Rehab. Thank you, Ashley, for all that you do!
