August Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to congratulate Mary Gilmore in Housekeeping, our Employee of the Month at Concord Health! Despite being with us for just three months, Mary has already made a lasting impression on both residents and staff. With her ever-present smile and positive attitude, Mary brings warmth to every room she enters. Our residents love her for the engaging conversations she shares while she cleans, and they appreciate her helpfulness in getting answers to their questions or connecting them with the right staff members.



Her colleagues admire her willingness to pitch in wherever needed, a testament to her 18 years of experience in healthcare. Mary has consistently juggled multiple jobs since she was 16, driven by her love for helping others and her natural people skills.

Originally from southern Ohio, Mary has lived here her entire life and enjoys working with her coworkers at Concord. She describes herself as productive, grateful, and happy, feeling accomplished at the end of each day. Outside of work, Mary enjoys riding her 2010 Harley "Fat Bob," and she even has skydiving on her bucket list!
