February Employee of the Month

At Concord Health, we are proud to recognize outstanding team members who go above and beyond for our residents. This month, we are thrilled to honor Adam Ferguson, LPN, as our February Employee of the Month!



Adam has been a dedicated nurse for nearly seven years, bringing skill, compassion, and a contagious sense of humor to his work every day. His journey into nursing was driven by the many different career paths the field offers, but he found his true passion in skilled nursing, where he can build meaningful relationships with his residents. For Adam, the most rewarding part of his job is being there for those who may not have much family—offering care, comfort, and a familiar, friendly presence.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Erica, and their four children. Whether he’s at home or on the job, one thing remains constant—his ability to bring laughter and joy to those around him. His residents adore him for his fun-loving personality and the kindness he shows each and every day.
