July Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Aundrea Cline! An Activity Aide at Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center for the past two years and with five years of healthcare experience, Aundrea brings a wealth of compassion and enthusiasm to her role. She was unanimously chosen as Employee of the Month by the management team for her positive attitude and genuine joy in her work. The residents absolutely love her, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her.



Originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, and now living in Minford, Ohio, Aundrea has a lively household with five children aged 2, 5, 7, 8, and 9. Her challenging childhood has deeply influenced her empathetic approach to life and work, allowing her to connect profoundly with our residents. She strives to be a safe space for residents, offering both fun and heartfelt conversations.

Aundrea genuinely enjoys her job, describing it as spontaneous, fun, and rewarding. Her favorite memories often involve the diverse activities during Nursing Home Week. She appreciates how her job focuses on helping residents enjoy fun activities and normal experiences, taking their minds off medical issues.

Aundrea's short-term goal is to obtain her STNA license, enhancing her current role by working PRN at the facility. Long-term, she dreams of traveling once her kids are older. Above all, her biggest goal is to be a good mother, understanding the importance of a happy childhood.
