At Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are proud to recognize Chelsea Cumpston, LPN, as our Employee of the Month!
Chelsea is a dedicated charge nurse on our A/B Unit and has been a nurse since 2014. Over the years, she has gained experience in pediatrics, physician offices, and now skilled nursing care. When asked what she loves most about working in skilled nursing, Chelsea shared,
“I love to hear the stories that our residents share about their lives.”v.jpg)
Outside of work, Chelsea is a devoted wife and mom of three, and over the last three years, she and her family have embraced the homesteading lifestyle. They raise goats, chickens, and more, while also growing their own vegetables, canning food, and even making their own jerky. Recently, Chelsea added another skill to her list—pasteurizing milk at home!
Chelsea describes Concord as a true family, saying,
“It may sound cheesy, but we are really like a family here!” And we couldn’t agree more—we are so lucky to have her as part of our team. Thank you, Chelsea, for your hard work, dedication, and compassionate care!
