September Perfect Attendance Winner

We've been busy celebrating the winner of our perfect attendance contest for September! At Concord, we strive to foster a positive workplace culture, boosting staff morale, and recognizing the hard work and dedication of our caregivers.

Our September winner who had no call-offs or tardies is Dallas Dyer, one of our dedicated night shift STNAs! Growing up in Wheelersburg, Dallas's first caretaker experience was taking care of his grandmother at the early age of 13. This inspired him to make strides in getting his STNA license, where he later began his career in long-term care.



Another reason that motivated Dallas to become a caregiver was being an only child. Now, he feels that he must go above and beyond to give the best quality and personal care to his residents. He always wants to be there if their family cannot and loves listening to their stories from their past.

Dallas believes if you're not early for work, then you're late! So, it was a pleasant surprise that his name was drawn to participate in a day of relaxation. He received several prizes, including eight hours of PTO and a 60-minute massage that helps alleviate stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and more. His relaxing day at the spa includes a 60-minute facial tailored to his specific skin concerns and his choice of enhancement scalp therapy, sinus relief massage, and deep hydrating treatment for feet and hands. The esthetician will perform a skin analysis and extractions as needed, and finish with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. Ending his zen day, Dallas will enjoy a gourmet meal at The Winchester restaurant with a $250 gift certificate.
